| SECURITY CLASSES
The passive security level is expressed by specific Classes, each of which reflects the system’s resistance time to a break-in attempt with a standard tool set.
All Cocif French doors (wooden, PVC, wood/aluminium) can boast a Class 2 security level. A good compromise for French doors or opening windows that have the weakest point in the glass. This is why it is advisable to integrate complementary systems such as gratings, grilles or security blinds.

The innovative security lock uses two opposing hooks and a central bolt for above-standard burglary protection.
| SHADING SYSTEMS AND SECURITY
For those looking for security, an external shutter combined with a lock system is the ideal choice to protect French doors. Cocif blinds are optionally available with additional security systems: tear-proof hinge-side studs, slat protectors, security locks.
Some types of roller blinds with anti-lifting security system are also available.

All gratings for doors and French doors in the Protect collection by Cocif are CE marked, with Class 3 anti-burglary level according to strict European standards.
For style-conscious security, Cocif gratings are available in a smooth version, with studs or built to suit every style.
Each grating is equipped with 2 U-shaped compensation profiles to correct any vertical out-of-squares. The wall fixing of the frame by means of dowels does not require masonry work.

The fixed gratings are made with a galvanized steel perimeter frame available in 3 different types for a free customization of the opening.
For complete comfort, the gratings are equipped with steel hinges that can be installed even in the presence of monoblocks so as not to modify existing doors and windows.
